Key Deliverables:

• Secure, reliable, high performance, current, full functional SAP ECC, BI Workflow, Enterprise Portal and reporting systems fully aligned with and supporting Aera’s work processes.

• Infrastructure, work processes, procedures, tools and documentation to maintain and optimize Aera’s use of the SAP ECC BI, Workflow, Enterprise Portal and other PM-related applications (e.g., Impress, MS Project Server, UltraPIPE, PMO20000, TapRooT, etc.)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify and solve application problems within SAP and related applications – including configuration, interface architecture and programming problems. Create and modify functional designs; test and document solutions.

• Estimate resources required for and recommend enhancements.

• Provide training, advice and mentoring to other personnel supporting PM-related applications.

• Help optimize application development methodology and standards.

• Create and optimize PM training and user documentation and job aids.

• Work with Process Analyst to establish and maintain subject matter expert and power user networks for PM-related activities.

• Maintain application using IMG and other tools.

• Obtain OSS application notes and manage their implementation.

• Develop test plans and test solutions with programmers and users.

• Create transport requests and work with technical teams to solve transport errors and warnings.

• Document all of the above using SAP Notifications, Remedy tickets, Change Control Requests, SAP Solution

• Manager and other tools as required.

• Plant and Materials Maintenance Process Knowledge

• System documentation, testing and change control process

Experience/Business Accomplishments:

• 2+ years PM process

• 1+ years SAP ECC

• 2+ years general computer systems experience

• 2+ years SAP Workflow
