Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide Project Management services to enable process team and engineering customers to achieve business plan goals.

• Scope, design, budget and implement field improvement projects and facilities modifications for both San Ardo and Coalinga operations.

• Job scope will include engineering studies to determine the best option to meet business plan goals as well as the project execution of the selected option.

• Must comply with Aera Project Management Process Guide and Aera Procurement and Financial guidelines

• Interface and provide technical support for San Ardo Development Expansion Team

• Provide technical support to mitigate EHS risks; participate and utilize process safety information, process hazards analysis, pre-startup safety reviews and safe work processes.

Critical Skills and Knowledge:

• Project management skills: scope, budget and cost control

• Ability to effectively interface with engineering service suppliers and construction personnel

• Knowledge of safety, environmental, and industrial codes

• Understanding of Total Productive Maintenance, human factors and early equipment management practices to enable design and installation of safe, reliable, maintainable, corrosion-resistant process equipment

• Knowledge of heat transfer, fluid mechanics, fluid separation, piping, controls and measurement.

• BS Engineering; 5 Years of Engineering Experience; Knowledgeable of Oilfield Operations
