Scope:
A proven technical and operational leader with facilities engineering experience, fully accountable for delivering high quality process surveillance and facilities projects within budget and on schedule.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities, scope, design, and budget and implement field improvement/facilities projects.
  Provide engineering support to enable process team and other engineering customers to achieve business plan

• goals. Services may include facilities surveillance (ultimately improving overall equipment / process effectiveness), process improvement studies, EHS risk mitigation projects, process hazards analyses, facility consolidation projects, capital program management, etc.

• Must comply with Aera Project Management Process Guide and Aera Procurement and Financial guidelines

Critical Skills and Knowledge:

• Project management skills: scope, design, budget / cost control, and implementation

• Knowledge of safety, environmental, and industrial codes

• Understanding of Total Productive Maintenance, human factors, maintenance prevention and early equipment management practices to enable design and installation of safe, reliable, maintainable, corrosion-resistant process equipment

• Knowledge of heat transfer, fluid mechanics, fluid separation, piping, controls and measurement.
