Responsibilities:

Assistance in the preparation and
execution of future lift strategy to improve well failures

Field wide well failure analysis
and remediation recommendation

Assistance in the development and
implementation of Standard Operating Procedures

Assistance in RCFA for well
failures

Support of operations in well
failure problem solving

Design of artificial lift method
for new Exploitation wells

Optimization and analysis of
different artificial lift methods (rod pumping, gas lift,
plunger lift, PCP, ESP, CT gas lift)

Mechanical optimization of
horizontal wells

Field surveillance of Exploitation
wells

Engineering support to CLAM

Contact to new well Development,
Area Engineers (AE), and Reservoir Group
