Key Deliverables:

Author new policies, program, and
process guides to reflect regulatory changes /'industry best
practices

Update existing policies, programs,
and process guides to reflect regulatory changes /industry best
practices

Publish monthly trends of safety
leading/lagging indicators
-
Develop and maintain contractor EHS
selection criteria for use by H&S Team
-
Coordinate unannounced auditing of
worksites process and develop reports
-
Identify new Key Contractors and
assure standards are met to designate as such
-
Identify inconsistent work place
safety rules and strive for consistent application Aera wide.
-
Develop a process to ensure full
contractor participation in: ASA, CSSO, and PICO.
-
Track CAP's for CSMP/Contractor
audits
-
Develop/maintain grading system for
Key contractors
Roles &
Responsibilities:
-
Health and Safety project work
developed interdependently with H&S Lead
-
Support Health and Safety Field
Advisors
-
Assist the Audit Lead on Level III
Audits as needed
-
Act as California Oil Producers
(COPS) liaison for Aera
-
Participate with ABC producers
group
-
Corporate Steward SOE Element 6
-
Coordinate and publish quarterly
safety recap
-
Coordinate contractor communication
sessions
Critical
Skills/Knowledge:

Knowledge of fundamental
Occupational Safety and Health Laws and Regulations

Knowledge of fundamental Industrial
Hygiene methods and practices

Knowledge of Toxicology and Human
Physiology
