Position Key Deliverables:
Lead and support Aera Development Lean
processes, working closely with the Development team, Purchasing,
key suppliers and customer networks.

Continuously improve Development
work processes through relentless kaizen activities.

Effectively track and monitor key
performance indicators that are aligned with meeting our
business plan objectives.
Position Roles
and Responsibilities:
Ensure environmental and safety
compliance at all times.
-
Participation on Aera Development
Safety Steering Team.
-
Work within the standard Aera
Development processes, including Production Control, Last
Planner, CER and Cost Tracking.
-
Effectively lead, coordinate, and
manage Development work processes, including but not limited to:
-
Light and heavy oil producer
and injector final construction
-
Dispatch process
-
Customer custody transfer
process for producers and injectors
-
Aera’s management of change
process
Critical
Skills/Knowledge:
-
The ability to manage, lead, and
standardize the Aera Development Last Planner planning process
-
The ability to work closely with
Development alliance suppliers to effectively plan and execute
Development work processes
-
The ability to effectively measure,
monitor, track, and benchmark work execution processes, i.e.
release rates, plan percent complete, cycle times, etc.

Experience/Business Accomplishments Required for this Position:
Surface construction knowledge a plus

Six Sigma/Lean certification a plus
-
Value stream mapping experience and
ability to identify the 7 forms of waste

CI/TQM certifications a plus
-
Development and implementation of
standardized operating procedures
-
Understanding of Aera’s Continuous
Improvement/Lean Strategy
-
RCFA and problem solving skills
desired

Presentation skills
-
Project management skills
-
Ability and willingness to lead and
facilitate team meetings and kaizen events

Extensive knowledge of Aera’s
computer systems (e.g. MS Office Suite, SAP, Business Objects,
etc.)

Experience in planning, estimating
and managing Work & Material Flow processes

Should be familiar with SAP
functional location and equipment hierarchies; knowledge of
Project and Materials

Management modules desirable
