Aera Services offers competitive salaries complemented by an annual bonus program.

Flexibility **
Varied start time and workweek schedules help you balance your work and personal life. The majority of employees work a 9/80 schedule, which provides every other Friday off.

Vacation and Paid Holidays **
When you start with Aera Services, you receive four weeks of paid vacation annually. Although it is prorated the first year based on your start date, you are eligible to begin taking vacation immediately. You will have 10 paid holidays each year -- eight scheduled and two that you choose.

Benefits
Aera Services helps you build future financial security with our comprehensive benefits package. Topping the list is Aera Services' portable pension plan that requires no employee contributions. In addition, Aera Services offers a 401(k) plan where Aera Services initially contributes an amount equal to 2% of your monthly base pay. The company contribution increases to 10% with increased years of company service and increased percentage of employee contribution. You are also eligible for company-subsidized medical, dental, and life insurance, as well as education assistance and company-sponsored training.
