As part of Aera Services’ hiring processes, we conduct full background checks on all candidates for employment through Kroll/HireRight. We may elect to conduct a background check at any stage in the employment process, as well as on multiple applicants for the same position. We do not contact your present employer during completion of the background check. If we conduct a background check on you, it does not guarantee you are the selected candidate. We will notify the selected candidate and send a formal offer letter package.
