Providing exceptional care for people and the environment isn’t just Aera’s mission. It’s Whitney Grande’s too.
“There’s no bigger honor than helping people thrive in an organization that’s safety-driven and environmentally responsible,” says Grande, vice president of Environment, Health and Safety (EHS).
Grande joined Aera in his leadership role in 2019. His responsibilities include providing strategic direction for safety transformation, environmental initiatives and security.
Grande brings Aera 30 years of global oil and gas experience in the upstream, midstream and downstream sectors. His diverse background includes EHS; quality assurance; emergency response; regulatory affairs and permitting; technical training; security; and risk management.
Most recently, Grande served as vice president of safety, environment and quality for the energy company, Eni US.
Grande holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology from Louisiana State University.
An avid cook, Grande likes spending time in the kitchen or outside grilling. He enjoys traveling, following most sports, sporting clays and knife sharpening.
